Polish Esports League to Feature the Country’s Best CSGO Teams

A new Polish Esports League has been announced and will feature eight of the country’s best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams. Five invited teams and three qualifiers will battle for $30,000 in cash prizes.

The league will be play all of their matches online with each team facing each other on two maps per day. There will be 28 game days and a total of 56 maps being played. After the regular season has concluded there will be a playoff with the four best teams.

Each team will get $300 per win, $150 per tie and the prize pool will be distributed in part on match results as noted. The rest of the prize purse will go to the top four teams in the playoffs.

The first matches for the Polish Esports League will start on May 7 at 21:00 CET. The league will run to June 26 with the playoffs going into July.
