More NBA Teams Reveal New Esports Branding for Upcoming 2K League

More professional basketball clubs have unveiled new esports branding for the upcoming NBA 2K League. Slated to begin in May of 2018, the NBA 2K League will feature the best players from around the world on 17 different teams, with a massive amount of support from the NBA itself Each team and player will receive their own contract with the organization after being drafted, which includes access to a variety of amenities, along with numerous other perks. While it was originally unknown if the 17 NBA teams would be able to use their pre-existing branding or be forced to create something new for the 2K League, the first round of team names and logos were unveiled on December 12th, featuring the Detroit Pistons, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Indiana Pacers, and Sacramento Kings. Just a day later on December 13th, the next round of teams was announced, including the Boston Celtics, Washington Wizards, Orlando Magic, Utah Jazz, Miami Heat, and Portland Trailblazers.
