The high profile partnerships with Gfinity's Elite Series continue to roll in as the London based company announce a deal with BT Sport.
After it was announced on Friday July 28th that BBC Three
would be featuring the multi-game esports competition on their online web service, they have followed it up with the BT news on Tuesday August 1st.
The Gfinity Elite Series features eight franchised organizations across Rocket League, CS:GO and Street Fighter V, using a draft system to bring in new talent from the lower tiered Challenger Series.
The first airing on the BT Sport TV channels and online will be on Tuesday August 1st at 9:30pm BST.

The BT Sport partnership will see the Elite Series featured on BT Sport’s broadcast platforms commencing on Tuesday 1st
August at 9:30pm and marks another breakthrough for Gfinity’s Elite Series this summer. It is the first time British esports has enjoyed a dedicated esports arena, The Gfinity Esports Arena, and the first time an overall franchise champion will be hailed at the end of the tournament.
The Elite Series tournament showcases competitive gameplay from eight well-known franchises made up of today’s best professional players alongside newly drafted superstars of tomorrow, who successfully made their way through the Gfinity Challenger Series, a free online competition open to all gamers, regardless of location or skill level via GfinityEsports.com. These eight teams will battle it out weekly in head-to-head gameplay culminating in an exciting weekend of finals on September 1st-3rd 2017.
