Final Standings and Results from Group Yellow of the CWL Global Pro League

The third weekend of the CWL Global Pro League for Stage Two was expected to be a thriller and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

Group Yellow featured reigning Stage One Pro champions Splyce, a rejuvenated eUnited featuring James ‘Clayster’ Eubanks, a Rise Nation with a point to prove and a resurgent Red Reserve.

From the start of Friday’s matches it looked like eUnited and Clayster were back in form and they delivered by Sunday, only dropping one game in a surprise loss to Red Reserve.

CWL Las Vegas winners Rise Nation looked good, but ultimately they just couldn’t close out games, ending the weekend with 1 win and 5 losses with the team visibly frustrated.

The battle for second place once again came down to a tie, but unlike Group Blue the weekend before, this time it was settled on head to head, with Splyce beating Red Reserve on both occasions to advance to the playoffs.
