North American organization eRa have released Damod ‘FEARS’ Abney from their Call of Duty roster, only a matter of weeks after recruiting him.
With the dust settling after the first online 2K tournament on November 12th, some teams have wasted no time in making adjustments to their roster.
A number of upsets saw numerous high profile teams place well below expected, such as FaZe Clan, Evil Geniuses and Echo Fox placing 17-32nd.
Another roster falling short of expectations and ending with a top 32 finish, was the new look eRa roster, captained by Kenneth ‘Dedo’ Dedo.
With newcomer Patryck ‘Rallied’ Salata and breakout player from Advanced Warfare Colt ‘Havok’ McLendon, the team had only recently acquired FEARS on October 5th to round out the squad.
However, it appears that following the teams 2K performance, the squad felt FEARS was no longer their best option, announcing he would be released from the squad.
Havok Dedo & Rallied will be looking for one!
Contact our Captain, @Dedo for info on the role.

At the time of writing, neither FEARS nor his teammates have spoken out to explain the move.
Dedo recently revealed that Black Ops 2 world champion Adam ‘KiLLa’ Sloss had been one of his planned recruitments, so there may be speculation around a possible return to this option.
As of now eRa will move forward with looking for a fourth player for next weeks November 19th 2K, where they will hope a change can improve on their top 32 placing. Players interested in joining the team are to contact the teams captain Dedo.
