Dreamhack Invitational Result - Team EnVyUs Take Down Menace

It's not often you get to watch Call of Duty eSport action on a Monday afternoon but today that was the case as the Dreamhack Invitational played out in Sweden. A drive by Dreamhack to get Scandinavians playing and being interested in Call of Duty eSports has led to three separate events, the Swedish Championships, Nordic Championships and the Invitational. Today was the Invitational as Nordic champions Team Menace from Finland played against the American's of Team EnVyUs. envy Brice and Loony talking post-game The Team EnVyUs brand are known for their affiliation with Dreamhack sponsors Astro Gaming and Monster and as a result were hand picked to play the Team Menace in a showcase match live at the DH Summer event. Everyone expected a swift 3-0 for the American's but some interesting play by the Finnish on Uplink resulted in an overall 3-1 score to EnVyUs, with a close 6-5 S+D being the difference between a map 5.
