It has been confirmed that CWL Dallas has been postponed a day after a bomb threat caused a mass-evacuation of the venue on day one.
The $200,000 tournament began on Friday December 8th however after barely three hours of the doors being open, the venue was evacuated when an alarm sounded throughout the convention center.
It was later confirmed that there had been a bomb threat called in alongside a security guard claiming that he'd seen a suspicious bag with something that looked like dynamite.
The authorities were then called but no timescale had been given by MLG or the CoD World League about when players could return to compete again.
Almost four hours after the evacuation it was announced that the tournament would be delayed until Saturday December 9th, with doors opening at 8am but matches starting at 10am.
It's a disappointing outcome for the thousands of players, spectators and staff in attendance, however with sniffer dogs still searching the building it doesn't appear to have been a choice to allow anyone to return.
