Competitive CoD Player Announces Return After an 11 Day Retirement

Former Call of Duty professional Jason "Prophet" Nicolleti has come out of retirement 11 days after calling it quits. The veteran took to Twitter to officially announce his decision to return and is looking for an organization to pick him up ahead of CWL Atlanta which will be held March 9-11. The first hint of his return came when he was mentioned in a tweet by Brian 'Nihill' Nihill stating that the pair, along with Ethan 'Bounds' Cordero, and Mike 'DeoX_3,' were looking to team for CWL Atlanta. Prophet confirmed it with a tweet of his own, although has chosen not to offer an explanation regarding his decision. x x Apparently his return from the brief hiatus had some reacting negatively, which Prophet has chosen to ignore in favor of his supporters. x x He has also expressed that he is willing to part from his group to join any organization needing a last minute fourth or substitute. His last competitive presence was a poor 65-80th placing at 2018 CWL New Orleans Open with Duel eSports. He also placed 25-32nd at the 2017 CWL Championship with Projekt Evil. He announced his retirement on February 16th, explaining in his video that the nature of competing has taken its toll on him and changed him for the worse. Now, just 11 days later, he is desperate to get back into the scene. x
