Cineplex $65,000 Canadian CoD Championships Announced

The North American Call of Duty scene is typically dominated by American players, but a new Canadian based initiative hope to change that.

The Cineplex $65,000 Canadian CoD Championships will attempt to find the best four Infinite Warfare players from across the country, with a host of prizes on offer.

The top team will walk away with a $20,000 first place prize, alongside an all expenses paid trip to the international CoD World League event, MLG Anaheim, in June.

Online and regional qualifiers will take place from the end of January through to the end of February. The online playoffs take place on March 4th before the grand finals on March 26th. Teams can qualify either online or at a regional event.
