How to get a Torpor Sac in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak?

Great Baggi in Monster Hunter Rise SunbreakCapcom
Great Baggi is one of the earliest monsters you fight in Sunbreak.

Torpor Sac is a monster material obtained from Master Rank Great Baggi, which can be found in the Frost Islands. Great Baggi has a 32% chance to drop a Torpor Sac when carved, while the Rewards for successfully killing it in a quest yield an additional 30%.

Additionally, if you manage to break its head, you have another 20% chance of securing this sleep-based item. Because of this, we recommend using impact weapons and focusing ranged rounds toward Great Baggi’s head.

As Torpor Sacs have a fairly high drop percentage, you should be able to obtain plenty of them within a short period of time.
