The Metro Exodus release date is February 15, 2019. In just a few days, this game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Metro Exodus is a story-driven first-person shooter published by Deep Silver.

It is the third installment in the Metro video game series, following Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. A desolate wasteland is described as “one of the most immersive game worlds ever created.” It is also set around a post-apocalyptic vision of Russia.

Metro Exodus Story

Aboard a goliath train known as The Aurora, your mission as Artyom is to travel across Russia to try and find a place to call home. Nuclear devastation will leave the lands not offering you much salvation, and what’s left of the wildlife is out to get you.

Metro Exodus Trailer

Following a brief introduction, you’ll be given your equipment and then you’re on your own. Exodus is an intriguing journey, you’ll get to explore multiple different environments all with various missions contained within them.

Some of these areas are very toxic and will require you to wear a gas mask to get through. The wildlife will be out to get you on your journey but you can take different approaches to take down the enemy. Your approach will be the difference between surviving or dying.
