It’s a new weekend, which means every Guardian’s favorite shady Destiny 2 vendor is back at a new location. Xur is waiting to sell you a new exotic or two, and even offer up his cipher quest if you’re in need of another weapon from the exotic archive. Here’s where to find Xur’s location on November 26.
Every Friday, Xur returns to Destiny 2 in a new location and offers Guardians a chance to grab an exotic weapon and some new exotic armor rolls in-game, along with his exclusive cipher quest that you need to complete in order to claim an old exotic weapon from the Monument to Lost Lights.
Xur will be back in Destiny 2 this week, and he’s due to set up shop in a different location with a whole new stock on offer to Guardians. In fact, as of Season of the Lost, Xur can now sell a series of Legendary items, too — adding a new dimension to the mysterious vendor.
Where is Xur today in Destiny 2?
As of 5 PM GMT/10 AM PT/1 PM ET on Friday, November 26 Xur is on Nessus!

As always though, he’ll always appear in either the Winding Cove (EDZ), Watcher’s Grave (Nessus), or the Tower’s Hangar. Will that change with The Witch Queen? We’ll have to wait and find out.
What is Xur selling? Exotic armor and weapon (November 26 – November 30)
As of 5 PM GMT/10 AM PT/1 PM ET on Friday, November 26 Xur is selling the following:
- Merciless exotic fusion rifle
- Sealed Ahamkara Grasps Hunter gauntlets
- Lunafaction Boots Warlock leg armor
- Stronghold Titan gauntlets
Merciless exotic fusion rifle
There’s never been a better time to take Merciless out for a spin. Its Conserve Momentum perk increases the weapon’s charge time after non-lethal hits, while the Impetus trait grants bonus damage when reloading after a kill, making Merciless an excellent choice for sustained DPS.
Sealed Ahamkara Grasps Hunter gauntlets
The Sealed Ahamkara Grasps come with the Nightmare Fuel perk, which instantly reloads your weapon after dealing melee damage. These gauntlets are great for a close-quarters Hunter build, allowing you to shoot an enemy, follow up with a melee, and have another round ready to fire afterwards.
Lunafaction Boots Warlock leg armor
A top-tier neutral game exotic for Warlocks, the Lunafaction Boots are a great pick for any build. Their Alchemical Etchings perk increases your reload speed while standing in a Rift, and when using the Empowering Rift variant, your weapons will deal extra damage when fired at longer ranges.
Strongholds Titan gauntlets
Falling more on the situational side, the Stronghold gauntlets offer some helpful buffs while using a sword. The armor’s Clenched Fist perk maxes out the Guard stat on any equipped sword, and offers healing benefits when blocking shots immediately after guarding with your weapon.
Last week, Xur was selling the following:
- Fighting Lion exotic grenade launcher
- Young Ahamkara’s Spine Hunter gauntlets
- Aeon Soul Warlock gauntlets
- Ursa Furiosa Titan gauntlets
Fighting Lion exotic grenade launcher
One of Destiny 2’s most up-and-down exotics, the Fighting Lion has been slapped with plenty of buffs and nerfs during Beyond Light. Bungie has more tweaks planned for the launcher in the 30th Anniversary Update, making this the perfect time to grab the Lion if you don’t have it already.
Young Ahamkara’s Spine Hunter gauntlets
The Young Ahamkara’s Spine buffs your Tripmine Grenades substantially. The armor’s Wish-Dragon Teeth perk increases the duration and blast radius of your grenades, and buffs their recharge rate via any ability damage you deal, allowing you to spam grenades more frequently.
Aeon Soul Warlock gauntlets
Destiny’s Aeon Cult exotics were quite underwhelming prior to Season 13, but Bungie has since reworked the entire armor set, including the Aeon Soul gauntlets. With their own dedicated mods that provide massive buffs when synergized with teammates, don’t overlook these like you used to.
Ursa Furiosa Titan gauntlets
These gauntlets might not break the game like they used to, but the Ursa Furiosa is still a solid exotic for Void Titans. Their Ursine Guard perk increases your movement speed while guarding with Sentinel Shield, and converts blocked damage into more Super energy, making them highly effective for defensive players.
Xur’s Legendary weapons and armor (November 26 – November 30)
Destiny 2‘s Season of the Lost introduced a massive change to Xur’s age-old purpose. Beginning in Season 15, Xur now offers a selection of Legendary weapons and armor each week, alongside his typical exotics.
This week, Xur is offering a couple of solid rolls:
- First In, Last Out (Precision-Frame Shotgun): Hammer-Forged Rifling, Assault Mag, Slideshot, Opening Shot
- The Third Axiom (Adaptive-Frame Pulse Rifle): Hammer-Forged Rifling, Armor-Piercing Rounds, Surplus, Unrelenting
This selection adds a whole new dimension to Xur, and provides a chance to grab some weapons and armor sets you may have missed in past seasons. While unconfirmed, it appears Xur could even end up selling a select offering of Trials weapons, so make sure to check back each week to see what’s on offer.
When does Xur come to Destiny 2? Vendor weekly reset
Xur will move to a new location today in Destiny 2, (November 26) and will remain there until Tuesday, November 30. The Agent of the Nine disappears every Tuesday at reset, and won’t return until next Friday when he’ll show up like clockwork and offer Guardians some new gear — for a price.
While Xur’s choice of weapons and armor pieces rotates each week, he always has an exotic cipher quest available for players to pick up (unless they already have one active in their inventory that needs to be completed).

The exact process for finishing the quest can vary, but it involves completing a number of activities in Destiny 2’s three core playlists: Strikes, Crucible, and Gambit. If you’re desperate for a chance to recover an old weapon from the kiosk, you should grab this and knock it out.
