Red Bull Rise Till Dawn Fortnite Tournament with Ninja – Info, Rules and Stream

The Red Bull ‘Rise Till Dawn’ Fortnite tournament takes place on July 21 – 22, partnered with the biggest Fortnite streamer Ninja, with teams competing through the night.

The tournament format is different to any other you will have seen before, as it literally played from dusk till dawn while on the 99th floor of the Willis Tower in Chicago.

It will be a duos tournament, with competitors from around the country who signed up to compete taking part – in total around 180 participants.

The tournament starts as soon as the sun sets at 8:21 pm and continues throughout the night as teams battle to accumulate the most points possible before the sun rises at 5:35 a.m.

Stream

All the action will be streamed live on Ninja’s own channel, and Ninja will be directly involved in the event, with bonus rewards for eliminating him in game.

The matches will be played on PC, but players are permitted to bring PS4/Xbox controllers if it is their preference.

Rules

The Tournament will consist of a Team Duo tournament were teams will be awarded points based on their various accomplishments.

•  Finish 1st in Game: 10 Points
•  Finish 2nd in Game: 9 Points
•  Finish 3rd in Game: 8 Points
•  Finish 4th in Game: 7 Points
•  Finish 5th in Game: 6 Points
•  Finish 6th in Game: 5 Points
•  Finish 7th in Game: 4 Points
•  Finish 8th in Game: 3 Points
•  Finish 9th in Game: 2 Points
•  Finish 10th in Game: 1 Points
•  Elimination of another individual player: 1 Point
•  Elimination of Ninja: 5 Points
•  Elimination of DrLupo: 5 Points

Ninja’s partner will be fellow streamer DrLupo, and players will receive bonus points for eliminating either of them.

Prizes

First Prize: The first-place team of the Tournament, as determined in Red Bull’s sole
discretion under these Official Tournament Rules and the incorporated Game Play
Rules will receive $2,250 (split two ways among the team).

Second Prize: The second-place team of the Tournament, as determined in Red
Bull’s sole discretion under these Official Tournament Rules and the incorporated
Game Play Rules will receive $1,000 (split two ways among the team).

Third Prize: The third-place team of the Tournament, as determined in Red Bull’s
sole discretion under these Official Tournament Rules and the incorporated Game
Play Rules will receive $750 (split two ways among the team).

Fourth Prize: The fourth-place team of the Tournament, as determined in Red Bull’s
sole discretion under these Official Tournament Rules and the incorporated Game
Play Rules will receive $500 (split two ways among the team).

Fifth Prize: The fifth-place team of the Tournament, as determined in Red Bull’s
sole discretion under these Official Tournament Rules and the incorporated Game
Play Rules will receive $250 (split two ways among the team).
