Ninja goes behind the scenes in creation of new stream room

Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevin’s new stream room has been a long time coming but the wait was definitely worth it.

The Fortnite superstar released a new video going behind-the-scenes with his unique streaming setup.

First, some background. Ninja began streaming in 2012 with Justin.tv which eventually became Twitch. He shared a video of one of those early streams to show just how far he has come.

The streaming setup that he used to reach his Fortnite stardom is solid, but this new room blows it out of the water.

The room boasts multiple camera angles, a wide arrange of snacks, and a boogie button. To reach this point, Ninja held actual pitch meetings where people came with ideas for the room. Then they built a true scaled down model of the room before the actual construction began.

Ninja calls it “the best streaming setup on Twitch” and it’s hard to argue with him. The room is filled with Red Bull branding and the company almost certainly paid for the room’s creation.

Ninja won two awards at the 2018 Esports Awards, for Streamer of the Year and Personality of the Year, and his new setup and continued popularity means he will likely be in contention again next year.

His ability to interact with the background is also a perk most streamers don’t have.

Occasionally a streamer will use a prop or sign to liven up their stream but Ninja now has a full analysts desk, an obscene amount of monitors and a disco ball.
