How to complete Fortnite Season 9 ‘Throw and catch the Flying Disc Toy’ challenge

As per usual, Fortnite Battle Royale fans have seven new challenges to complete this week, but a specific task involving the Flying Disc Toy is definitely the most difficult, despite how easy it sounds.
Thankfully, there’s an easy way to complete this challenge and earn your Battle Stars, although you may need to try it a couple of times to nail it.
This challenge is only open to players who own the Season 9 Battle Pass, but if you haven’t been playing much, or haven’t been grinding through the pass, you’ll need to get to Tier 35 before you can even attempt it, as that is when the Flying Disk Toy unlocks.

Once the Flying Disc Toy is available and ready for use, you need to make sure you have it assigned as an emote you want to use, then hop into the Battle Bus and head into a match.
The easiest way to catch the Flying Disc Toy is to throw it straight up into the air instead of throwing it out like you normally would with a frisbee.
Catching the disc might take a little practice, as it won’t go directly up into the air, and straight back down again. You’ll probably have to move a few steps to grab it, but after a couple of attempts, you should get the technique down easily.

The good news is that you don’t even have to be in a match to complete this challenge, as it’s available for completion on the lobby island that players wait in before the match starts.
Remember, you need to finish the match to receive your reward, so don’t quit out after you complete it!
