One of the most exciting changes to come out of Fortnite’s latest update is the complete overhaul of what used to be Tomato Town.

Shortly after the release of the V5.30 patch on Thursday, August 25, leaks of changes made to the map seemed to show that Tomato Town had been replaced by some sort of jungle.

Once the downtime was over, and players were able to check the location out for themselves, it became apparent that Tomato Town has in fact been replaced by “Tomato Temple”.

Tomato Temple is sure to be a massive hit with the Fortnite community and is easily the most significant change to the map since the start of Season 5.

The fact that Tomato Town seems to have gone back in time also adds credence to the numerous rumors about a potential rift event taking the whole map back in time at some point before the end of the season.
