Full Information on Fortnite: Battle Royale Season 4 – Release Time, Server Maintenance, and More

Epic Games provided more information on downtime and the release time of Season 4 in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

First introduced in September of 2017, the ‘Battle Royale’ portion of Fortnite has created an enormous amount of hype throughout the gaming community for a collection of factors.

Since its release, Epic Games have introduced a variety of new content weapons, items, outfits, and other additions to keep the game ‘fresh,’ with updates and patches being introduced weekly.

Although the game is ‘free-to-play,’ players have the ability to purchase a ‘Battle Pass’ for 950 V-Bucks (~$10.00) which offerers a variety of new features throughout multiple ‘tiers.’

With Season 3 coming to a close on April 30th, more information has been made available in regards to when Season 4 will begin including the release time, scheduled server maintenance, and more.

Fortnite: Battle Royale will experience server downtime on May 1st at 4:00 AM EST (1 AM PST, 9 AM PST) for the beginning of Season 4.

As of writing, it is unknown how long the Fortnite server maintenance will last, along with what will be included in Season 4.
