Fortnite: How to complete The Getaway LTM High Stakes challenges
One of Fortnite’s most popular Limited Time Modes has returned to the battle royale title, with the Getaway LTM ushering in a new batch of High Stakes challenges for players to complete – with some awesome rewards as the prize.

Epic Games rotates Limited Time Modes in and out to give players new ways to play the game, while making sure fans don’t get sick of one game mode too quickly.
Now, for the first time since Season 5, the Getaway LTM is back, and brought with it seven new challenges for players to complete alongside the Fortnite Season 8, Week 3 challenges.
The Getaway LTM returns for the first time since Season 5.Players have until Tuesday, March 19 to complete the seven challenges, at which point they will be locked and the Limited Time Mode will go back offline once again.

In Getaway, players race and battle each other to find the Jewel which has been hidden somewhere on the Fortnite map. Teams then attempt to escape in one of the getaway vans which are dotted around the island, with the first four squads to grab their Jewel and get away declared the winners.

- Complete (2) The Getaway Challenges – Rare Crowbar Pickaxe
- Win a match of The Getaway – Rare Crystal Llama (?) Back Bling
- Win (3) matches of The Getaway – Rare Crystal Llama (Ruby) Back Bling
- Win (5) matches of The Getaway – Rare Crystal Llama (?) Back Bling
- Use a Grappler in (5) different matches of The Getaway – The Getaway Loading Screen
- Deal (200) damage to Jewel carrying opponents – Spray
- Pick up a Jewel in (3) different matches of The Getaway – Rare Cashflow Contrail

How to complete Fortnite’s High Stakes Challenges
Win matches of The Getaway
There are three challenges that require players to win matches of The Getaway, with players earning different Crystal Llama backblings for winning one, three or five matches respectively.
Use a Grappler in five different matches of The Getaway
Simple enough, pick up a Grappler from floor loot or a chest and use it. Repeat this in five different matches to get your hands on a special loading screen.
Pick up a Jewel in three different The Getaway matches
This challenge will require players to play the objective of this mode, as they will need to grab one of the four Jewels in three different matches to nab a special Cashflow Contrail.
Players will recieve the Cashflow Contrail for picking up a Jewel in three different matches.Deal 200 damage to Jewel carrying opponents
Another easy challenge, hunt down an enemy player who is carrying a Jewel and fire your weapon at them. Deal 200 damage, and you receive a special commemorative spray.
Complete two The Getaway challenges
Finally, complete two High Stakes challenges to get your hands on the Crowbar harvesting tool. It doesn’t matter which two of the six you complete, so you can pick and choose what you want to do.
