Epic Games Announces That 'Rifts' Will be Temporarily Disabled in Fortnite [UPDATED]

'Rifts' became a popular in-game means of transportation after they were added to Fortnite: Battle Royale at the beginning of Season 5.

On Friday, August 17, Epic Games announced that Rifts will be 'temporarily disabled' in the Battle Royale title after the developer found a 'bug' associated with them.
