Dr Disrespect receives surprise phone call from FaZe Clan’s Tfue in brilliant Twitch skit

David Purcell

Fortnite Battle Royale as always during his Twitch stream on April 17, but had to stop playing to take what he claimed was a shock phone call from none other than Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney

The Fortnite professional player was actually streaming at the same time as the Two-Time, and if anyone was watching both streams at the same time, they may have noticed that there was something very odd about the conversation that was taking place.

Dr Disrespect is known for his amazing production value and stream sketches, but this might be one of his best yet.

FaZe ClanTfue is one of the best Fortnite builders around.

‘Tfue’ compliments the Doc’s Fortnite skills

The Doc had just strategically trapped a player into a corner of a building with a wooden wall, editing his way through and eliminating the enemy with a shotgun, before his ‘phone’ started to ring.

Opening up that classic flip phone of his, he instantly told viewers that it was Tfue on the other end. “Tfue? Haha, you like that one?” he said, after picking up the elimination. “I know, I was watching you the other day, yeah. The one where you did the combination.”

“Yeah, it stuck in my mind man. So, when I was laying in my water bed last night, dripping wet with success, I was just thinking about that move you pulled off in that game man and I knew I was going to bring it to the table today,” Doc added.

Tfue is definitely one of the most skilled Fortnite players around, particularly when it comes to building right next to enemies to give him the upper hand.

Whether or not Dr Disrespect did actually take inspiration from him is unknown, but one thing is for sure… The Fortnite pro was definitely not part of that phone call.

Dr Disrespect flip-phone antics

This is not the only mock phone call Dr Disrespect has had while he’s been streaming live on Twitch, though, as he once blurred the lines between the real world and his Division 2 character with a hilarious interaction.

The Doc made it look as if he received a call from the player during a stream on March 13, and tried to calm his nerves after they appeared to be a little anxious about the mission they were undertaking.

A little different, but just as good as the Tfue call. He also plays a similar gag by pretending to take phone calls from game developers, who he usually has an earful for.
