Epic Games have announced a promotion in Fortnite Battle Royale that allows players to unlock the brand new Cuddle Hearts Wrap for free.

The new wrap features small black hearts with lightning bolts going through them scattered across a hot pink backdrop.

In order to unlock it, players simply have be supporting a member of Epic’s Support-a-Creator program sometime between February 8-22.

This means either already having a Creator Code entered or entering one during that time span, after which the game will register you as having met the requirement and award your account with the wrap.

Those who complete this task will be given the new wrap when the upcoming v7.40 update releases. The exact date for when this update goes live has not yet been announced, but it should be sometime between February 12-13.

For those who may unfamiliar with Epic’s Support-a-Creator program, it was designed to give back to the content creators that have made the game as popular and widespread as it is today.

Those who have applied and successfully joined the program have been given a code that players can enter in their game, and this gives a certain portion of V-Bucks and content sales to the Creator whose code is being used.

To enter a code, simply visit either the Item Shop in Battle Royale or the Loot tab in Save the World and select ‘Support a Creator.’ The full list of official Creator codes can be found HERE

The news of this new Cuddle Hearts Wrap came as part of a larger announcement of the upcoming ‘Share the Love’ in Fortnite.

This event will introduce a slew of new content into the game in honor of Valentine’s Day. This content includes daily Overtime Challenges and Rewards, double XP weekends, and a featured island frenzy.

But perhaps the biggest announcement is the new Share the Love Competitive Series that will make its debut on February 9 and will be the first official ranked mode in Fortnite

The Share the Love event will kick off on February 8 and last until February 27, which will be the final day of Season 7 before Season 8 is scheduled to go live.
