FaZe Tfue outlines the “only” reason he hates Fortnite stream snipers

FaZe Clan’s Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney has revealed that while he doesn’t care about stream snipers pushing him in Fortnite, there’s one thing about them that really grinds his gears.

Like in plenty of other multiplayer titles, stream sniping is rampant in Fortnite’s battle royale mode. Epic Games have already made changes to the game in a bid to combat stream snipers by updating their Streamer Mode capabilities at the end of January – giving players the option to hide other players names from the in-game feeds.

However, that’s not stopped the continuous stream sniping that streamers like Tfue and Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins experience during their broadcasts. Tfue has already made his feelings clear about stream snipers in the past, but the Fortnite professional never passes up the opportunity to take more shots.

FaZe ClanTfue never passes up the opportunity to rant at stream snipers

“When it comes to stream snipers bro, I don’t give a fuck,” Tfue said to begin his rant during his March 24 stream. “I personally don’t care about these fucking idiots that land on me, push me, whatever bro – it’s a video game, I don’t care. It’s a fucking video game, I really don’t care.”

He continued on by adding: “What I do care about is them downgrading this premium content that I am streaming on Twitch by stream sniping. That fucking pisses me off and that upsets me.

“These fucking kids that are stream sniping are making the content less enjoyable – that is the only thing I care about.”

While Tfue says that he doesn’t care about stream snipers, he may just be bending the truth slightly as he hilariously ranted about the same issue only a day earlier on March 23.

Nevertheless, he doesn’t seem to lie about being frustrated by stream snipers who ruin his broadcasts for his viewers. Fans tune in to watch the Fortnite pro pull off incredible plays, not sit in the pre-game lobby after being trolled by other players.

It remains to be seen if Epic will start handing out severe punishments to players who take it upon themselves to stream snipe, but clearly Tfue thinks it’s reached the point where it’s having an impact on the quality of his content.
