Liverpool’s on-loan goalkeeper Loris Karius has had his FIFA 20 Ultimate Team revealed – but do any of his teammates make the cut for the German’s side?

Though he made his name as a highly-rated goalkeeper while playing for Mainz, many football fans know Loris Karius for his blunders in the Champions League final that handed Real Madrid a win over Liverpool.

Since then, the 26-year-old has found himself on loan away from Anfield and plying his trade for Besiktas. Through his mistake-plagued stint, the German ‘keeper has made 67 appearances for the Turkish giants, keeping 14 clean sheets. Though, as football has taken a pause, he appears to have turned to FIFA.

The on-loan shot-stopper had his FIFA 20 Ultimate Team starting lineup revealed by Reddit user AntiquusGraecus, who come across Karius in a Weekend League match on March 29.

Despite the 26-year-old have a team filled with icons like Ronaldo, Johan Cruyff, Ruud Gullit, and Rio Ferdinand, the Redditor appeared to get one over on Karius – claiming a 4-3 win. That’s not to be taken too lightly either, considering the Champions League runner-up has a 99-rated version of himself between the sticks.

Aside from just having an icon laden squad, the German does have a few Player Moments SBC cards in there too – showing that he might be a pretty dedicated Ultimate Team fan.

Though, he could certainly upgrade on his full-backs and swap out Vidal for a player who might be a little more suited to playing a natural CAM role. Yet, it is his Ultimate Team, so we can’t make any changes for ourselves.
