How to complete Flashback Jonathan Biabiany FIFA 20 SBC: solution & cost

Joe Craven

EA Sports have rolled out another Flashback Squad Building Challenge in FIFA 20, and this one will make all long time FIFA fans quiver.

Jonathan Biabiany will be a name that recent FIFA players may not know. The winger’s increasing age has seen his rating fall to the point of being a silver card in Italy’s second tier. However, those who have played FIFA for a number of years will have nothing but nightmares about the havoc Biabiany could cause in previous titles.

FIFA 14 saw Biabiany as an 80 OVR RW in Italy’s top tier. Boasting 96 pace, the joint-fastest base card in the game, he would terrify defences, regularly getting in behind and punishing slower full-backs. He was frequently paired with Victor Ibarbo (93 pace) to form part of an insanely fast forward line.

It’s this 2014 Biabiany that the Flashback card is based on – his impressive 2013/14 campaign for Parma in Serie A. EA Sports have even hinted at this history in their announcement tweet, joking that “Real ones remember”.

FIFA 20 Flashback Jonathan Biabiany Stats

It’s fair to say that Biabiany’s Flashback card has been given a very generous buff. A 74 OVR base card has been bumped up 13 OVR to 87, with a frightening 99 pace. Unsurprisingly, this makes him one of the very few cards in FIFA 20 to have the maximum pace rating possible.

However, if you thought he was just pace, you’d be wrong. 99 PAC is complimented by a whopping 93 DRI and 87 SHO, meaning he is an all-round powerhouse going forward. He also has 80 PAS, meaning he can play off a striker and feed them through balls all day long. It’s a truly scary card.

Flashback Jonathan Biabiany FIFA 20 Requirements, Solution & Cost

So, how do you get your hands on this truly rapid card? It will take two completed squads, at a rough overall cost of 140,000 coins. The first squad is a French one, which needs to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 1 player from France
  • Minimum team OVR of 84
  • Minimum team chemistry of 80

This is a fairly simple challenge and will only cost players 42-44k, depending on your platform. Below, thanks to the guys over at FUTBIN, is one of the cheapest possible solutions, not requiring loyalty or position change benefits.

The second squad players have to complete is slightly more challenging, as well as considerably more expensive. It will cost players around 95-100k depending on their platform of choice, and must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum team OVR of 85
  • Minimum team chemistry of 75

Below is one of the cheapest solutions that does not require loyalty or position change cards.

It’s that easy. Complete those two squads and you’ll get your hands on this speed demon. But, is it worth it? The biggest problem with the Biabiany card is his league. No one in their right mind wants an Italian second-tier card, no matter how good it is.

Hence, we’d recommend him as part of a French XI, where he can be paired with all manner of top-class players. These include Man Utd’s Paul Pogba, Monaco’s Wissam Ben-Yedder or, if you have the coins, the great Thierry Henry.
