Hoffenheim’s Munas Dabbur has his FIFA 20 Ultimate Team revealed

Hoffenheim’s Israeli forward Munas Dabbur has made no bones about his love of playing FIFA – but can any of his teammates crack their way into his FIFA 20 Ultimate Team?

Despite starting his career with Maccabi Tel Aviv, Munas Dabbur burst onto the radar of footballing fans across Europe when he started finding the net for Grasshopper Zurich and Red Bull Salzburg.

His goalscoring exploits earned him a move to La Liga giants Sevilla, but after only finding the net three times in nine appearances, the 27-year-old returned to Germany – joining Hoffenheim in January 2020. While the majority of footballing leagues are on hold though, the FIFA fan has had a chance to dive back into Ultimate Team.

Dabbur can regularly be found in FUT Champions Weekend League matches.

As a result, Dabbur’s incredibly high-powered starting lineup was posted to the FIFA subreddit by Reddit user DynamicWilly, who claimed that they’d just fallen to a 4-3 defeat.

The Israeli striker’s 99-rated pro player card takes pride of place as the spearhead of his attack – and his supporting cast is pretty legendary. Dabbur has Icon cards for both Ronaldo and Ruud Gullit in the CAM positions, while a Team of the Year Lionel Messi sits on the right-hand side.

  • LB: Roberto Carlos – 93
  • RB: Carlos Alberto Torres – 94
  • CB: Paolo Maldini – 92
  • CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 99
  • CM: Frenkie De Jong – 94
  • CAM: Ruud Gullit – 90
  • CAM: Ronaldo – 94
  • LM: Sadio Mane – 97

Though the Redditor managed to bag three goals, Dabbur’s defensive backline does look pretty imposing with a Roberto Carlos, Virgil Van Dijk, and Paolo Maldini to contend with. This, rounded off with 99 rated Alisson Becker in goal, suggests the Reddit user did incredibly well to manage 3 goals.

There aren’t all that many spots for him to upgrade either, seeing as he has a handful of Icon Prime Moments like Carlos Alberto Torres. A few more 99-rated cards come Team of The Season time would be the only way to upgrade this phenomenal XI.
