Unfortunately, it appears as though only one of the Liga 1 players will have a face scan, CFR Cluj’s George Țucudean. The sturdy Romanian helped his club to achieve a second consecutive league title last season, beating runners-up Fotbal Club FCSB (Steaua București) by five clear points. He also finished top scorer of the division for the last two seasons, with 12 and 16 goals, respectively.

However, with the above said, the fact that EA are looking to introduce more leagues to our beloved game is a great sign of things to come. For many years Romanians and fans of Liga 1 have been longing for this news. So this announcement not only brings joy to them, it offers hope to those still waiting for their own local league.
