FIFA 20 Premier League TOTS Predictions | Team of the Season
EA SPORTS / Premier LeagueEA SPORTS have a big decision coming up in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team as they’re going to have to decide which players have earned the right to claim their own Premier League Team of the Season (TOTS) cards. Here are our predictions.
Usually, the game’s developers would fall in line with some of those picked by journalists and fans as the season comes to an end, although with so much uncertainty given the global situation it looks unlikely that fixtures in the top flight of English football will line up well for the FIFA series.
There have been some suggestions that we could see a delay to FIFA 21, to coincide with the suspension and possible completion of leagues, although nothing has been confirmed on that front. Therefore, if EA were to run on with their usual release schedule, we could see TOTS cards roll out even before the end of the campaign.

While that would usually be a difficult decision, this year there have been many standout players right across the Premier League.

Whether it be runaway leaders Liverpool, Leicester City who look to have cemented their place in next year’s Champions League – as things stand – or others, it can’t be denied that some have shined much brighter than others and that’s what our selections will be based on. Without further ado, let’s get right to it.

As seen in the selections, there’s room for players from a wide variety of Premier League teams in our predictions. From Liverpool, we predict van Dijk, Robertson, Alexander-Arnold, and others will keep their place in the all-star lineup, with new additions including the likes of Dean Henderson, Grealish, and Lundstram to name a few.
It’s highly likely that Calvert-Lewin, Jimenez, and Ings will be rewarded for their goalscoring exploits, too, netting 13, 13, and 15 respectively. There’s also surely got to be a place for some Sheffield United players, as the Blades look on course to finish around the European places.

Most notably, no Chelsea or Spurs players have been picked for our predicted list. Last season, Christian Eriksen, Eden Hazard, and Son Heung-min were named.
These are just predictions, though, as nothing has been confirmed at the time of writing. For all we know, FIFA 20’s TOTS might be released much later than usual due to games being suspended and performances when leagues kick-off again might alter our picks somewhat.
That said, at the time of writing, these are the players we believe will be picked for what’s usually one of the highest-rated promo teams of the year.
