UPDATE - 4:20 PM ET (November 21, 2018)
After almost three hours of downtime, the Fallout 76 servers have gone back online. Since it was just a server maintenance update, no patch notes were released.
Bethesda's latest iteration of the popular franchise has gone offline for server maintenance.
Just a couple days after servers were brought down for the huge November 19 update, Fallout 76 has once again gone offline.
This time around, however, it doesn't seem to be a scheduled maintenance as Bethesda announced that it was working on their servers starting at 1:30 PM ET on November 21.
There's no word on how long the game will be down but giving that server issues have plagued the game since beta, it's likely that it could be awhile.
In the post included with the above Tweet, Bethesda confirmed that they would be making no changes to the game and that there will not be any patch notes to share once the maintenance is over.
We'll update this piece with any new updates from Bethesda, including any ETAs on when the game will come back up.
