YouTuber Preston (TBNRFrags) Joins and Invests in Team Envy and Envy Gaming

Gaming YouTuber Preston (a.k.a PrestonPlayz and TBNRFrags) is the newest member of Envy Gaming, the operator of Team Envy, and has invested in the Dallas based esports organization.

Preston Arsement runs two major YouTube channels under his two pseudonyms PrestonPlayz and TBNRFrags, and since starting in 2010 has amassed over 11 million fans.

He is gamer known for playing a variety of titles, including Fortnite, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike and Minecraft, and since he is based in North Texas, is the perfect partner to back the Envy Gaming brand.

His partnership involves an investment into the organization, as well as producing content featuring the Envy brand on his social channels, bringing a new set of fans to the already well established esports team.

Formerly Team EnVyUs, the organization relocated to Dallas in late 2017, fielding teams in Call of Duty, Fortnite, Rocket League, Paladins and PUBG. They also own Overwatch League franchise Dallas Fuel.

Owner, CEO and esports pioneer Mike “Hastr0” Rufail said he was excited to have one of the most popular people in gaming from Texas be a part of the team.

Preston recently competed at the Fortnite E3 Pro-Am tournament, where he met with Team Envy Fortnite player “KingRichard”. He makes Fortnite YouTube frequently since its massive surge in popularity, but also remains loyal to his favorites like Call of Duty and Minecraft.

“Having one of the most respected esports organizations in the world located in my backyard in Dallas is really special. I’m very selective of where I attach my brand but with Envy I have known and respected what they stand for since I first started playing Call of Duty.

Preston is joining an esteemed list of investors in the Envy brand, which include Hersh Interactive Group, Brock Sports and professional poker player Fedor Holz.
