One of the ongoing themes of xQc’s Twitch stream is his love for drinking Coke, and now he’s told Twitch viewers why he thinks drinking it all the time isn’t as bad for you as people believe.

Waiting in spawn for an Overwatch game to begin, xQc tells viewers he thinks Coke has a deal with Canada for their water, “because there’s a lot of good, pure water to drink because of all the big lakes.”

He then goes on to claim that when your drinking Coke, your pretty much drinking water, “the amount of water your body loses because of the caffeine and the sugar in the Coke, is not as much as the water from the Coke itself.”

“You can drink only Coke if you want, and that’s what I do,” xQc tells his viewers before heading out to start the match.

Referred to as “the juice” by xQc, Coke has been his drink of choice since he began streaming and it has now turned into a meme with a life all its own.

Off stream, xQc will be competing in the Overwatch World Cup at BlizzCon in November as part of Team Canada, his first venture back into professional Overwatch since being released by the Dallas Fuel earlier in the year.

The streamer has stated he wants no part in Overwatch League, so fans will have plenty of opportunity to watch his stream and maybe get more questionable health advice going forward.
