MoistCr1TiKal raided streamer, chaos ensued

A Twitch streamer by the name of ‘LargeThoinks’ was left regretting his cheap channel rewards after MoistCr1TiKal surprised him with a raid of over 7,000 viewers.

If you frequent Twitch streams often, you’ve probably redeemed a handful of channel rewards during a stream.

These rewards can be customized by the creator, including how many points it costs to redeem each option, whether it’s unlocking a new emote or triggering a sound clip to distract the streamer.

LargeThoinks set his to trigger a variety of sound clips for an extremely low cost and was left regretting his decisions after MoistCr1TiKal surprised him with a raid of thousands of viewers.

Streamer regrets cheap channel rewards

While streaming Halo 2 on June 27, the Twitch streamer was surprised by a raid from MoistCr1TiKal with 7,327 viewers coming to his channel.

Just a few seconds later, those viewers began following LargeThoinks… and immediately begin redeeming channel point rewards. Following a channel provides the viewer with 300 channel points, and the streamer offers six sound clip redemptions for less than 50 points a piece.

So, of course, his newfound followers made use of their points… spamming sound clips for nearly 10 minutes.

After a few minutes, viewers began requesting that Thoinks turn off the sound alerts, with many leaving the stream — leading others to comment “bros just losing thousands of viewers because he won’t fix it,” and “IDK why he hasn’t turned it off.”

Finally, he turned the sound alerts off and said: “Haha. Got you mother f**kers. As beautiful as that just was, what in the actual f**k just happened?
