Twitch streamer GodGeno quickly turned his Old School Runescape into an NSFW experience when he whipped out his penis and revealed it to everyone watching.

Anything can happen in the world of Twitch, but not many things get to the level of this.

It all started with a simple OSRS stream that quickly turned NSFW when GodGeno turned on his camera and started fondling himself (NSFW), seemingly out of nowhere and surely shocking any viewer watching.

Old School Runescape has a very dedicated following.

You spin me right round

With most situations like this, it doesn't take long to be hit with the banhammer, something that was the case here. If you try to visit God_Geno's channel you'll see it is no longer available.

Oddly enough, this isn't the first time God_Geno was banned on Twitch. Even odder, he was banned for the exact same thing he did here, just in 2017. Since it's a banned channel, it's hard to tell exactly when the flashing took place.

If this does end up being new, Twitch unbanned him the first time but it'd be surprising to see if he's able to find his way back onto the platform now. It's hard to come back from exposing yourself once, but it's even harder to do it twice.

Twitch is unpredictable

Streamers have done some pretty questionable stuff in the past so this is just could just be considered par for the course.

Twitch streamer Alfie received a 24-hour ban due to a viewer donating with a racist message that was then read out loud by the text-to-speech bot. Coincidentally, this also occurred during an OSRS stream.

If you do stream, you have to make sure you're not doing anything to break any rules, as well as making sure your viewers do the same.
