Tfue tracks down hilarious doppleganger and teases collab

Fortnite star Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney has revealed he wants to create some vlogging content with his hilarious dopplegänger that went viral on Reddit, after tracking him down with the help of his followers.

Reddit user u/draskant posted a side-by-side comparison of him and the former FaZe Clan member, showing extremely similar facial characteristics, revealing he had been stopped thousands of times for photographs from ‘fans’. 

After quickly rising to the front page of FortniteBR, the hilarious image spread to Twitter and eventually reached the Fortnite pro himself who shared a surprising reaction.

Tfue posted the image to his followers and asked for help to find his dopplegänger in order to create some “quality vlog content” with him.

Many content creators reacted to the image with 100 Thieves member Rachel ‘Valkyrae’ Holsetter suggesting that a DNA test would be needed to ensure the pair weren’t related.

Fortunately, it seems the 21-year-old has made contact with his lookalike after following him on Twitter, meaning it’s likely the Florida native will be arranging how the pair can meet up.

Given the nature of Tfue’s vlogs, his double may be pushed to his limits to recreate scenes such as jumping from a bridge into a lake that have become iconic on his YouTube channel.

It wouldn’t be the first time a celebrity has encountered a real life lookalike after a streamer was spotted sporting similar gear to Twitch star Dr Disrespect in the wake of his ban from the platform, naming himself ‘Dr Dipsrespect’ and copying the mannerisms of the Doc throughout.

On that basis, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Tfue’s ‘twin’ attempt to hone his Fortnite skills in the coming months.

We may even see the pair team up, given the TwitchCon winner still has access to his account with the fitting username ‘Not Tfue’.
