Summit1g makes luckiest GTA RP police chase escape ever

Twitch star Jaryd ‘summit1g’ Lazar had yet another hilarious run-in with the GTA RP police and they even gave him a helping hand in his bid to escape.

GTA RP has swung back to the top of the Twitch charts, after a brief hiatus, as streamers like summit flood to the Grand Theft Auto V PC multiplayer mod. Taking on the form of an NPC character from the game, players can choose to act out whatever life they like – provided its within the rules, of course.

Summit’s Charles Johnson persona is a popular figure on the NoPixel server, despite his constant clashes with the law and some have even moved to criticize his roleplaying skills. That doesn’t matter to fans, though, as his robbery antics are what entertains them.

The police force in GTA RP can be brutally – especially if you don’t know how to handle them.

Those criminal capers, however, got him into trouble with the law during his August 19 stream as he held up a convenience store out on the highway. Police, of course, quickly zeroed in on his position and tried to arrest him.

So, he led them on a chase. As he pulled out of the car park and towards the highway, cops immediately called for him to stop. Summit put his foot down and rammed into one car – which flipped him over the barrier and into an empty lane as the cops scrambled behind.

“That’s one way to do it!” he called out, before questioning his health. “How am I alive? What is happening? Am I in the fucking twilight zone right now bro? My whole car is shattered man!”

However, it didn’t take long for the police to pick up his tail and continues their pursuit – with the streamer leading them all across Los Santos.

After weaving through traffic on the Great Ocean Highway, Summit led on car towards the northern part of the map before shaking them on a winding road and seeking solace in a nearby vineyard.

Considering summit’s regular run-ins with the police, it won’t be too long before he’s leading them on another wild goose chase around the city.

Yet, he may never get luckier than the cops helping him out like they did with this one.
