Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek is well known for his incredible gaming skill, and he proved once again that he is one of the best Apex Legends players in the world with another incredible play.
Apex Legends officially released on Monday, February 4, and shroud immediately picked up the game and starting showing off his incredible knack for shooting games.
The former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive pro has already demonstrated how his incredible movement skills can win him gunfights he should lose, and another clip from his February 17 stream proved once again that he is the cream of the crop on Apex Legends.
While streaming with former CS:GO pros Justin ‘Just9n’ Ortiz and Tyler ‘Skadoodle’ Latham, shroud valiantly declared that he would hold off an enemy squad at Bunker to let Just9n and Skadoodle gather loot inside the building.
The opposing team quickly rushed into Bunker, realizing that Grzesiek was on his own, hoping that they could gang up and take down their opponent with ease. Unfortunately for them, that wasn’t going to be the case, as shroud used a doorway to provide cover as he knocked the first of his three victims down.
With the final two enemies quickly approaching, Grzesiek ducked into a room and shut the door behind him, repeatedly closing the door as his enemies attempted to get in. Just as they stopped to consider their options, shroud burst out and took down a second, opening and closing the door again as he peaked in and out to eliminate the third.
Shroud’s time streaming Apex Legends has been extremely successful, with the Canadian seeing record viewing numbers on his Twitch channel - so much so that he’s convinced that view-bots are the reason for his success.
More likely though, fans of Apex Legends are tuning into his stream due to the incredible moments he is able to create while playing the game at its highest level, and this clip is just another example of his immense talent.
