Although Shane Dawson has been a major face on YouTube for years, he experienced another popularity surge thanks to his viral documentary series – and after months of waiting, he’s about to drop another one.

Dawson has dabbled in an array of topics for his series, including controversial YouTube stars and even conspiracy theories – but it looks like the YouTuber is returning to his roots in internet drama.

As previously mentioned in a series of Tweets in late June, Dawson’s next series is titled “The Ugly Side of the Beauty World,” and will reportedly tackle all the drama, gossip, and dirt from one of YouTube’s biggest communities.

Jeffree Star, TwitterDawson’s upcoming documentary series is set to feature makeup mogul Jeffree Star, who starred in a previous series in summer 2018.

That’s not all: Dawson dropped a few photos from the upcoming series to Twitter on September 20, along with an official date for its teaser trailer.

The photos in question show a series of shots featuring Dawson’s “shocked” face, alongside an unamused and makeupless Jeffree Star, as well as Dawson’s fiance, Ryland Adams.

According to the post, “The Ugly Side of the Beauty World” trailer is set to drop on Tuesday, September 24 – and a release date for the full series may be quick to follow.

Previous statements from Dawson claim that his beauty series is scheduled for a fall release, after some unexplained “stuff” “threw a wrench” in his plans for a conspiracy series in the interim.

Although the specifics of Dawson’s upcoming series have yet to be revealed, fans across the net speculate that it could feature Star’s drama with YouTuber James Charles, who was “exposed” by fellow beauty guru Tati Westbrook in one of the net’s biggest scandals to date.

As previously mentioned, this wouldn’t be Dawsons’ first foray into YouTube drama, by far: in fact, he is well-versed in the topic, coming off his viral deep-dive into the life of YouTuber Eugenia Cooney, who finally admitted that she suffered from an unspecified eating disorder during his interview.

With mere days left before the trailer dops, fans are waiting with bated breath for a glimpse of what Dawson’s labor-intensive series is all about. Get your popcorn ready – this is shaping up to be a wild ride!

Twitch streamer Jinny stunned as man tries to sell her drugs on stream

IRL Twitch streamer Jinny was left shocked after two men tried to sell her drugs while she toured the city of Hamburg in Germany.

Jinny has grown quite a following thanks in part to her IRL traveling antics where the Korean streamer routinely has odd adventures. Her trips have resulted in her befriending waitresses at a Texas Hooters, being attacked by wild deer in Denmark, and even setting her backyard on fire.

Now, in her most recent trip in Germany, the streamer found herself in quite an awkward position as she was offered drugs during an October 7 broadcast.

While talking to viewers, a random man suddenly began talking to her in broken English.

“You’re lucky to be in Deutschland. My ganja is the best,” he said. “You get three for five.”

It’s unclear exactly what units of measurement the man was selling three of for five Euros, but ganja translates to marijuana or weed. The incident really shocked the IRL streamer who had no idea what he was talking about.

“I don’t speak German,” she stated as he and another man conversed in the language.

Jinny's Twitch chat
Jinny’s chat warned her the man was selling drugs.

“Do you need ganja?” the man asked in English.

“What is ganja?” Jinny wondered. “Iguana?”

Eventually, Jinny looked at her chat and saw that her viewers were spamming translations and explaining how he was trying to sell her drugs – something she wanted no part of.

“I don’t need ganja. It’s okay,” she laughed and went on her way. “That was very random. Do I look like I smoke weed? Uh, maybe.”

Amusingly, the streamer went on to explain that she was very confused and seriously thought the man was trying to sell her an iguana.

“I thought he said ‘do you want to buy an iguana,’” she chuckled. “Why would I want to buy an iguana all of a sudden?”

Luckily, Jinny wasn’t forced into buying any drugs or reptiles during her encounter, but it just goes to show that even when a camera is rolling, weird stuff happens on a regular basis.
