As the battle continues between Indian record label, T-Series and PewDiePie, fans are continuing to try new, unique ways to help PewDiePie reach 100 million subscribers first.

In the latest bid to put PewDiePie back in front, fans have come up with the idea of devoting an entire day to the Swedish YouTuber.

After images were created by JohnysBeauty on Reddit of PewDiePie’s partner Marzia wearing Captain Marvel’s suit which was titled as Captain Marzia, a similar one of PewDiePie followed long with the announcement of international PewDiePie day.

The post was shared to PewDiePie’s SubReddit which contained a poster image of PewDiePie photoshopped in Captain America’s suit with the slogan “Last Stretch to the finish line”, along with some information on the event.

The ultimate goal of this event on April 29 is to celebrate the 9th anniversary of PewDiePie’s YouTube channel, as well as helping him climb to 100 million subscribers on the platform before T-Series

Although it is not entirely clear what else the day would entail, these fans have began recruiting teams within the Reddit thread and now have over 20 users committed to organizing the event.

Fans on the thread are beginning to be split into teams of Marketing, Arts and creativity, and even Human resources in order to share the event and have also made social media accounts for the day to begin to promote the day with just under a month to go.

Many are wondering just how much traction ‘International PewDiePie Day’ will end up getting as the month goes on and if this is something we will see for years to come.
