Popular YouTuber Jimmy 'MrBeast' Donaldson has an idea for what would be a pretty insane vlog, and he's asked billionaire Elon Musk for his help.
Anyone who is remotely familiar with MrBeast knows that he is one of the more eccentric YouTubers out there, and he's currently just 10,000 subscribers short of hitting the 16.8 million mark.
Over the past several years, he has really started to make a name for himself by donating large amounts of money or expensive gifts to unsuspecting recipients, most notably Twitch streamers.
MrBeast asks for Elon Musk's help
On April 7, MrBeast tweeted out that he had the idea of vlogging on the moon, which would definitely be an unprecedented type of video in the history of YouTube.
In his tweet, MrBeast tagged Elon Musk, but also accepted that he may have to wait a pretty long time to turn his dream into a reality
"Just putting it out there Elon Musk, I'd love to vlog on the moon one day," he tweeted. "I understand if I have to wait a year or two."

Why Elon Musk?
Elon Musk is one of the most prominent public figures of our time, known for being a successful technology entrepreneur, investor, engineer, current CEO and lead designer at SpaceX, co-founder of Paypal, and so on.
His recent achievements with SpaceX have seen him launch numerous rockets into space, as part of his overall goal of making space travel much more affordable and easy than it is right now.
Musk has also involved himself with prominent YouTube channels n the past, such as when he hosted PewDiePie's Meme Review show or appeared on Joe Rogan's popular podcast in an episode that has now eclipsed 21.3 million views.
Thus, seeing as how Musk is considered to be one of the smartest and richest people on the planet who has a taste for space travel and YouTube entertainment, it makes perfect sense for why MrBeast would try and enlist his help for this particular idea.
