Influencer-turned-boxing sensation Logan Paul has revealed Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson cut him out of his life after the infamous “suicide forest” stunt.

Logan Paul has become a household name in the entertainment space, despite some very controversial setbacks along the way. Primarily, his vlog from Japan’s Aokigahara forest in 2017 left the YouTuber in a very depressed state.

During an appearance on the True Geordie Podcast, Logan touched on this trip and how it ended up being “one of the saddest moments” of his life, especially with how it impacted his relationship with The Rock.

According to Logan Paul, after his Japan trip, he received a call from the publicist he shared with The Rock, who claimed the WWE icon didn’t want to be associated with him.

Logan Paul reveals fallout with The Rock

“After Japan happened, I obviously found myself in a hole, rightfully so, that I had never been in before. Extremely low, mentally, and I got a call from my publicist,” he explained.

Logan revealed how she told him Dwayne asked that he “remove every video and picture that he had done with him” and wanted “nothing to do” with him.

“I get it. I made a grotesque error and he has had things happen in his life where that incident has affected him in a vastly different way. So, I understood it.”

The influencer went to add that he wished The Rock had reached out to him directly, noting how he thought he had a healthy relationship with the actor – who also happened to be his hero.

“I was so disappointed in myself,” he explained, revealing that The Rock finally reached out on Instagram a few months ago like nothing ever happened. However, Logan didn’t respond, because he didn’t know what to say.

So far, The Rock has yet to respond to Logan’s revelation on the podcast, but hopefully, the two will end up reconnecting at some point down the line.
