KSI reveals why he spent $200,000 on a watch
YouTube superstar Olajide ‘KSI’ Olatunji has splashed out on a brand new watch worth £150,000 ($200,000).

KSI has become one of YouTube’s biggest stars amassing over 19 million subscribers on his main channel, while also being a member of the massively popular group, The Sidemen.
In his latest video, Olatunji announced that he went to Pragnell Jewellers in London to acquire a brand new watch, which the Brit said he wanted to be “iced out and covered in diamonds.”
KSI splashed out on a new Rolex.While at Pragnell, KSI was shown a number of watches, including two rose gold options, but settled on a Rolex covered in diamonds, which KSI ended up paying £156,000 ($197,000) for, well over his initial budget of £100,000 ($126,000).
After purchasing the watch, KSI showed it off to Sidemen co-members Simon ‘Miniminter’ Minter and Joshua ‘Zerkaa’ Bradley, before revealing that he wouldn’t actually be able to keep it in his house, and would store it “in a massive vault.”
KSI revealed that he decided to buy the watch to celebrate a successful year, describing his 2018 as “phenomenal.”

2018 was certainly a huge year for the YouTuber, with his boxing fight with Logan Paul capturing the attention of millions of people all over the world.
The pair are set to lock horns again, this time in the USA, after the fight ended in a controversial draw, although no official announcement has been made at time of writing.
The year hasn’t always been smooth sailing for KSI however, as he is currently involved in a bitter feud with his brother Deji.
