It’s usually pretty difficult to catch out Dr Disrespect with a joke via a Twitch donation, but even the Two-Time let his guard down on April Fools’ Day.

Who is Dr Disrespect?

The popular Twitch streamer has a cult following on the livestreaming platform, racking up over three million followers thanks to his high-level production, hilarious antics and ability to wreck enemies in a number of different games.

He was just getting prepared to begin his ‘Triple Threat Challenge’ – where he tries to win at least one game in the battle royale games Battlefield V Firestorm, Apex Legends, and PUBG – with YouTuber-turned streamer Sean ‘Hutch’ Hutchinson on April 1. However, one donation from a fan caught his eye.

DreamHackThe Doc and Shroud regularly link up for events and tournaments dedicated to Battle Royale titles.

The Doc thanked the fan for the donation, before reading out the message in an entirely sarcastic voice. “Hey Doc, you suck. Shroud is better than you every day of the week…. April Fools!” he said. “The Two-Time is gonna wreck some shit tomorrow.”

The popular streamer laughed after finishing up reading out the donation, admitting to being “got” by the successful prank. “You got me man! I was about to rip your face apart and then you threw the April Fools at me, you son of a bitch,” added the Doc, with a huge smile on his face.

Are Dr Disrespect and Shroud feuding?

The Doc and Shroud’s friendly ongoing ‘feud’ has been going on for a few years, but it’s not at all serious. The pair have traded blows in the online arenas of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Fortnite, Apex Legends, and Call of Duty: Blackout – including some regular verbal jabs for good measure.

Most recently, the Two-Time also took aim, jokingly, at Shroud’s scooter accident in which he seriously hurt his left-arm – somewhat affecting his streaming schedule and ability to dominate enemies in games.

While they are friends, the pair never pass up an opportunity to trash talk one another, be it directly or indirectly. With their audiences playing along, plenty of laughs do tend to come out of it – even on April Fools’ day.
