Elden Ring servers are currently offline.

Due to scheduled maintenance ahead of the version 1.05 update, Elden Ring servers were taken down on Monday, June 11 at 11PM PT.

This time around, maintenance is set to last roughly three hours in total. During this time, players across all platforms are unable to access online features in Elden Ring.

Elden Ring server maintenance dates & times

Servers for Elden Ring last went down for maintenance on April 19, 2022, to help improve some multiplayer functions. During this time, players may experience outages when trying to access Elden Ring online servers.

Elden Ring player bans

Previously, some Elden Ring players reported that they were being banned for “inappropriate behavior” when they logged into the game. What was initially thought to be a server outage seems to be a wave of bans in which all players received the same message:

While the message reports players have been engaging in inappropriate activity during the game, this could just as easily be an error. This potentially means innocent players received bans for no reason.

It could also mean that a group of players had been flagged for their actions, be it engaging in abusive language or taking advantage of game-altering bugs and exploits.

We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available from players and FromSoftware/Bandai Namco.
