BLAST Pro Series announced the final team for Copenhagen event with a hilarious video featuring Nicolai ‘dev1ce’ Reedtz’s girlfriend, Emilia Hult, and an epic diss.
With five of the six teams for the upcoming event having already been announced, BLAST truly saved the best for the last with their latest announcement.
Despite starting out as a cute video featuring Astralis star dev1ce and Hult, things quickly took a turn for the worst when she betrayed him in the worst way possible.
The video starts off with dev1ce video chatting with Hult and asking her to pick him up and surprise him.
Dev1ce tries to sweeten the deal by pouring compliments on her, saying “You’re super pretty. I hope you didn’t look like that so everyone was looking at you.”
Everything goes up in flames, however, when dev1ce asks her who the best Counter-Strike player in the whole world is.
Not even hesitating, she utters a single word that leaves dev1ce sitting there speechless: “s1mple.”
Referring to Natus Vincere’s Oleksandr ‘s1mple’ Kostyliev, it turns out the video actually served as the announcement of Na’Vi as the final team that will be in attendance at the event.
Joining Na’Vi in Copenhagen will be Astralis, FaZe Clan, Cloud9, Ninjas in Pyjamas, and MIBR when the event kicks off November 3.
While the video was surely all in good fun, it’s got to be painful nonetheless for dev1ce to hear his girlfriend say another player is the best in the world.
