CSGO: EPICENTER 2019 stream, schedule and results

Eight of the world’s best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams will be heading to Moscow, Russia to try and grab the glory of becoming EPICENTER 2019 champions. Here are all the details.

With the calendar year quickly drawing to a close, CSGO squads from around the world are finishing up their last few events and heading for a player break in preparation for the new season. 

One of the last tournaments of the year comes from Moscow, with teams taking part in the $500,000 EPICENTER event that runs from Tuesday, December 17 to Sunday, December 22. So, here’s what you need to know.

EPICENTER 2019 CSGO stream 

Wheter you’ve managed to scoop up a ticket and are heading to the event, or you’re sticking it out and watching from home, EPICENTER have got you covered with their broadcast. 

With group stage matches running one after another, you don’t have to worry about getting two streams going at once. Instead, you kick back with your feet up and just watch the main broadcast. Of course, additional language broadcasts are available – including Russian, Brazilian, Fench, Japanese, and Spanish speaking streams.

What is the format for EPICENTER 2019?

The group stage games will be decided in best-of-three, with the winners of the games heading to a winners match-up while the losers head to an elimination game. The losers of those will be sent home, while the winners will take on the losers of the winners match up to decide their seeding for the playoffs.

Once there, the bracket becomes a single-elimination format, while the game stay as a best-of-three. The grand final will also be contested under a best-of-three, where the winning squad will take home $250,000.

EPICENTER 2019 groups

The groups for the event were determined ahead of time, with a seemingly reasonable split between the real contenders and those teams who might just spark an upset.

The groups are as follows:

EPICENTER 2019 schedule

As noted earlier, the event runs from December 17 to December 22, with games kicking off pretty early in the day for those viewers in Europe.

Both mousesports and Team Vitality have advanced directly to the semifinals. Evil Geniuses and Na’Vi will square off in one quarterfinals match, while forZe and Heroic will face off in the other. The forZe/Heroic winner will face Vitality, and the EG/NaVi winner will face mousesports. Saturday matches start at 11AM GMT / 6AM EST / 3AM PST.
