CS:GO Developers Engage in Hilarious Twitter Conversation With Player

Ross Deason

A Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player has taken part in one of the most bizarre Twitter conversations with the game’s official Twitter account that we’ve ever seen, but it’s comedy gold.

The CS:GO developers haven’t always been known for their interaction with the Counter-Strike community, but that no longer seems to be the case.

A recent improvement in communication has been greatly appreciated by the loyal player base, but this particular discussion with @Ab_AeternoSwan on Twitter took things to a whole new level!

AeternoSwan sent an image to the @csgo_dev account, saying “I got B. Can you cover A”, clearly referring to the Canals map that was added in 2017:

To the surprise of some, the developers responded with “On A site now and there’s a bunch of utility being thrown – can you rotate?”, and a lengthy conversation with images soon followed:

The conversation quickly made its way to the /r/GlobalOffensive subreddit and has already received over 5,500 upvotes.

One user, Revve, exclaimed “that last ‘I ranked up’ picture, that guy is a legend lmao”, while another said “Who ever is running that account nowadays, he deserves a raise.”

Sometimes it’s the simple things that count!
