Steins;Gate cosplayer jumps across world lines with perfect Mayuri outfit

A talented Steins;Gate cosplayer became Mayuri Shiina with her incredibly accurate costume. She looks so much like the adorable character, fans will be saying Tuturu!

Ever since its release in 2009, SteinsGate; is considered one of the best visual novels of all time. The game’s thrilling sci-fi narrative about time travel and loss made the anime adaptation an instant hit.

A cosplay artist shared her jaw dropping take of Mayuri Shiina on social media. Her perfect portrayal of the beloved character will have fans seeing double.

The 2012 anime had a mind blowing sci-fi plot.

The story centers on Rintarou Okabe who discovers a way to alter worlds through time travel. When things go horribly wrong, the mad scientist will do anything to protect his friend Mayuri.

Cosplayer ‘rshizue‘ showed off her incredible re-creation of the anime character her on social media. Posing with Shiina’s iconic metal Upa, it looks like she jumped from right out the screen.

The artist looks just like the heroine, perfectly-capturing her short messy black hair. Impressively, she even nailed her detailed blue eyes using intricate contact lens to pull it off.

Shizue captured the Steins;Gate character to perfection by faithfully creating her signature blue outfit with black trimming. The cosplay is full of detail, such as the cute bucket hat and the bow around her waist.

In the show, Mayuri is the protagonist’s best friend. While she is sometimes naive, she is the most innocent character in the story, which the Brazilian artist embodied with her February 21 photo.

The cosplayer shared another selfie as the character, posing outdoors among flowers. It looks as if it could have been a scene from a live-action version.

While originating as a visual novel, Steins;Gate is often ranked as one of the best animes of all time. The show ‘stwist and turns has kept viewers on the edge of their seats for years.
