With the launch of Season 4, Raven have added Sat-Links to Warzone alongside the new Satellite Crash Sites POI. Here’s where you can find them, how to use them and what you get in return.

Season 4 is proving to be huge for Warzone. There are new POIs, Red Doors have been added to grant high-tier loot and a number of weapons have been buffed and nerfed.

Season 3 brought in the first map changes to Warzone, but Season 4 is adding several new POIs in the form of the Satellite Crash Sites.

So, at the Crash Sites locations listed below, you can interact with Sat-Links to procure loot and complete Ground Fall event challenges. Here’s what you need to know and how to do it.

The hardest part about this challenge is actually finding the Sat-Link stations. Keep your eyes peeled for wreckages at the following locations:

  • Krovnik Farmland: Right in the middle of some poor farmer’s crops is one crashed satellite, its fuselage split into multiple parts amid the field.
  • Bloc 18: Closer to the once-sleepy village near the Salt Mines lies another downed satellite. Its location leaves it open to Operators parachuting down from the Radar Array.
  • Bloc 16: Deep within the Gora riverbed near the Airport Control Tower, a more intact satellite sits ready to be explored.
  • Gora Bridge: Spanning the Gora River between Downtown Fire Station 12 and the Promenade Fairgrounds, this bridge saw a direct impact from the downed satellite, taking a chunk out of its brickwork.

Then, somewhere around these locations, you should seek out a small box with a satellite dish sat on top of it. Once you’ve found that, you’re onto a winner.

How to crash a satellite & get rewards

To crash a satellite in Warzone, all you have to do is simply press the button to interact with the Sat-Link, and it will send down a crashed satellite with loot in it. Be careful though: this crashed satellite will be visible to everyone on the map, meaning players will be able to scout you out much easier as they’ll know your rough location.

In terms of rewards, it’s not exactly clear what the variety is, but you can get high-tier loot such as Loadout Drop Markers, H.A.R.P Advanced UAVs and more.

Be careful, though: especially at the start of Season 4, these crash site POIs will be heavily contested and could result in some early exits to the Gulag.
