Start and end dates and times announced for first 2X Tier Boost event in Black Ops 4

Call of Duty developers Treyarch have announced the start and end dates for the first Double Tier Boost event in the Black Ops 4 Multiplayer

In a tweet put out on November 6, Treyarch revealed that the 2X Tier Boost will take place over this upcoming weekend, starting on Friday, November at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to Monday, November 12 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.

As a result of this promo weekend, all players will be able to level up their Black Market tier at a rate twice as fast as the usual.

Furthermore, this promo event will also be beneficial for Zombies players, as there will also be 2X Nebelium Plasma available starting and ending at the same dates and times as the Multiplayer promo.

This announcement comes as part of the major game update released on November 6, for which the patch notes will be posted once announced by Treyarch.

This is the first time that Treyarch have offered a faster way to progress in the Operation First Strike tiers stream other than by purchasing CoD Points.

With Operation First Strike having over 200 tiers, players had been asking for Treyarch to offer a boost, especially since it will only be available until the end of December.

Players would do well to take advantage of this huge promo event, especially since many have found that it can take a relatively long time to level up tiers without spending money. 

This 2X Tiers Boost will likely be the first of many of its kind, especially since there will be more tier streams added to the game’s Black Market after Operation First Strike ends.
