Dr DisRespect loses his mind after Blackout melee lets him down

Dr DisRespect has never been one to mince his words or hide his emotions, and he hasn’t had many things to complain about since the release of his current game of choice, Call of Duty: Blackout.

The self-proclaimed ‘two-time, back-to-back, 1993 – 1994 Blockbuster International Video Gaming Champion’ is a big fan of Call of Duty’s first foray into the world of battle royale games, but he couldn’t disguise his frustration with the melee mechanic during a recent Twitch stream!

The Doc was in the process of putting together a strong early game performance, knocking two opponents down with his Saug before closing in on another and attempting to melee them… multiple times.

For some reason, none of the attempts connected and eventually Dr DisRespect was flattened by a shotgun, eliminating him from the game the immediately.

“WHAT IS THIS? Are you kidding me?! What is this? WHAT?!” he screamed, leaping out of his chair in anger:

We’re not entirely sure what what happened (some players claim it’s a glitch of some sort) but we’ll give him a pass on the rage for this one.

When he eventually calmed down, he responded to members of his chat that said the melee mechanic was ‘broken’ after the recent patch made it clear that the enemy player would have been ‘bamboozled’ if everything was working correctly.

“Melee is broken right now. Okay then, what the hell am I getting all upset for? If it’s broken in the patch, why are we getting all upset? Why are we screaming and yelling? Everyone calm down in the arena, I’ve got everything under control,” he concluded.

However infuriated he was, we’re willing to bet the Doc plans to stick with Blackout for a long time to come.
