The Call of Duty League has officially launched a video campaign series to celebrate the league’s return to LAN, called “It’s Been a While,” ahead of the Stage 4 Major.

The Stage 4 Major takes place in Arlington, Texas’ Esports Stadium, and is the first LAN event in well over a year, after the entire spectacle was halted due to the global health situation.

Fans and players alike have been desperate for the return of LAN events, and with them coming back, the league has filmed a series of short videos to celebrate.

Major IV is the penultimate Major before the highly-anticipated but not-yet-announced Call of Duty Championship event, that is sure to feature a huge prize pool and will crown a new team of world champions.

Some of the short, comedic videos also see Minnesota RØKKR’s Dillon ‘Attach’ Price showing off his “WFH beard” as well as Dallas Empire’s Anthony ‘Shotzzy’ Cuevas-Castro reluctant to part with his beloved PC on the way to the event.

The Stage 4 Major is guaranteed to bring some fire, and you can keep up with all of the action with our dedicated hub for the event, including results, teams, and recaps of each day.

With OpTic Chicago, Toronto Ultra, Atlanta FaZe, and more all vying for the top spot, the action is a must-watch — and it’ll all take place on the main stage once again. Be sure to tune in on June 17-20 to see Call of Duty back at its very best.

It’s been a while, but CDL is back on LAN.
